I had an amazing experience at Ramzioglu! The shop itself is warm and welcoming, with friendly service that makes you feel right at home. Everything looked fresh and tempting, but the real highlight for me was the pistachio pakhlava. The pistachios were incredibly fresh, full of flavor, and packed generously into each bite. Very nice and clean place, Staff could speak English which is a rare occurrence in Baku. They were really nice and welcoming. Helped us choose from variety of local pakhlavas(+ few more from turkey), additionally you have a chance to order in with some tea or take it with you in a good quality...
