I had a delightful dinner with friends at Oasis Bar & Bistro, and it was truly a memorable experience. Our server, Brittany, was an absolute joy—her warm and energetic personality made our dining experience even better. She provided excellent menu recommendations and checked in regularly to ensure we were satisfied. At the end of our meal, she genuinely welcomed us to return, which left a lasting impression.
We kicked off the evening with some refreshing beverages. Two of us had the Lychee Lemonade mocktail, which was beautifully presented in a mason jar with a lychee fruit garnish. While it leaned on the sweeter side, it was incredibly delicious and well-balanced with citrusy notes. Another friend opted for the Long Island Iced Tea, which had a perfect blend of strong and smooth flavors, garnished with a fresh lime.
We ordered a variety of starters to share, and each one was packed with flavor: Fried Calamari – Crispy, golden-fried, and perfectly seasoned, the calamari was served with sliced jalapeños for a slight kick and a side of tangy dipping sauce. The texture was just right—tender on the inside with a satisfying crunch. Conch Bites – These deep-fried conch fritters were a standout. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and drizzled with a flavorful sauce; and Spring Rolls – The spring rolls were golden brown and crisp, served with a sweet ginger dipping sauce. They were generously filled with savory vegetables and had a satisfying crunch in every bite.
For our mains, we indulged in a variety of delicious dishes: Pulled Pork Tacos – Served in both soft and crispy shells, these tacos were filled with tender, flavorful pulled pork and topped with a vibrant, tropical salsa of diced mango. The combination of sweetness, smokiness, and freshness made each bite fantastic. Seafood Linguine – A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring a generous portion of seafood, including mussels, lobster, shrimp, clams and calamari . The sauce was velvety, and indulgent, with crispy parmesan-crusted bread on the side for dipping. Blackened Mahi Mahi – Perfectly seasoned and grilled, the mahi-mahi had a beautiful char on the outside while remaining moist and flaky inside. It was served with a side of Caesar salad, crispy sweet potato fries, and a refreshing sauce that complemented the bold seasoning.
Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, and the portion sizes were huge—we all had plenty of leftovers to take home! The ambiance of the restaurant, combined with the fantastic service and well-executed dishes, made for an...

Our recent visit to Oasis Restaurant and Bistro left much to be desired. Upon arrival, we inquired—politely—whether the restaurant could accommodate our party of 17. (DISCLAIMER: WE HAD A RESERVATION 1 FOR 10 PEOPLE AND ANOTHER FOR 7 UNDER THE SAME NAME. UNFORTUNATELY THEY WERE BOOKED SEPERATE TIMES BY SEPARATE PEOPLE SO ONE PARTY WAS SEATED INSIDE AND THE ORHER WAS SEATED OUTSIDE). We fully understood that a same-day request of this size might not be possible, and we were prepared for that outcome. What we were not prepared for, however, was the openly hostile response from the hostess, Leo, who curtly cut us off with the words: “Let me spare you the trouble—NO!” His tone was condescending, his demeanor entirely devoid of courtesy, and the entire exchange left us stunned.
What made this worse—and frankly, inexcusable—was that shortly after our interaction, we watched a similarly sized group (also a party of 17 that originally arrived as 10) be seated and accommodated with what appeared to be little issue. The inconsistency in treatment was not only baffling, it was disheartening.
Despite this, we chose to stay, as we were celebrating a special occasion for a dear friend who had her heart set on dining here. Hoping to address the matter constructively, we asked to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, the manager who eventually came to speak with us was just as dismissive. Rather than acknowledging or investigating our concerns, she offered a half hearted apology and explanation and brushed off our complaint without a hint of professionalism or accountability. Her response? A hollow, offhanded remark to my friend: “Did you get your free champagne?”—as if that somehow excused the unacceptable behavior we had just experienced.
This level of disregard for basic hospitality, let alone respectful customer service, was truly appalling. Oasis may pride itself on ambiance or cuisine, but if this is the standard of treatment for patrons—especially during what was meant to be a joyful celebration—it is clear that something fundamental is lacking. The only bright ray of light in this fiasco was our server GIA who offered us a genuine heartfelt apology and severed us WITH EXCELLENCE. I hope this review encourages the management to reevaluate not only how guests are treated, but also who is chosen to represent the face of their establishment. Until then, I cannot recommend Oasis to anyone seeking an experience marked by warmth, professionalism, or even...
Read moreI called around 6:30 to make a reservation. No answer I called again around 6:35 again no answer. I figured they were just busy. It was a Sunday night so my husband and I decided to just drive to the restaurant. Upon our arrival, we asked the hostess a light skin girl with her hair and a low ponytail wearing a green dress DEANNA if there was any seating available and she said no. My husband and I then walked to the bar to be served. The bartender WENTY was a pleasant fellow, took our orders, made our drinks, and we sat and waited for our food. The drinks are delicious and made to perfection .Our entrées came out 30 minutes before our appetizers by the time our appetizers came out we didn’t even want it anymore, but decided not to make a fuss. We asked him why we were being served our appetizers after our entrees and his response was “they just do that sometimes”. So if you know that that’s something that they do wouldn’t it be intelligent to put in our appetizers , wait until they’ve been served and then put in our entrées? But it’s not entirely his fault the kitchens need to get it together because there’s no way they should be serving a main course before the appetizer. Also on the menu it states that they have broccolini but i wasn’t served broccolini I was served just regular broccoli. I told the bartender that I asked for broccolini and he said “what even is that “. I don’t think they know the difference. He did try to make amends by offering my husband and I two free shots that tasted like robitussin. His intentions were in the right place, but in the end we couldn’t even drink it. To top it off my husband and I saw a four top and a three top that went empty the entire night, even though we walked in and asked the hostess if they had any tables available. What should’ve been done in that situation is she should’ve said they have reservations (if that was the case), but in the event that they don’t show up, she can transfer us to a table. That’s what she should’ve said, but she didn’t. Overall, the food is absolutely delicious The ambience is beautiful and I will give this place a try again in hopes that it changes my view and review , but so far I’m not impressed ,not...
