Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Food Quality at [Pizza and more ]

Dear Pizza and more

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at [Pizza and more ] I am a frequent customer of your establishment and have always been satisfied with the quality of food and service until now.

On [10/02/2023] I ordered a pizza for delivery to my home. I was excited to finally enjoy my meal. However, upon opening the box, I was extremely disappointed to find that the pizza was cold for the second time and unappetising. I immediately called the restaurant to request a replacement or a refund, but was met with rude and unprofessional customer service from the manager on duty. The manager on duty advised me to call food panda a delivery service app used in Dhaka.

The manager was not only unhelpful but also spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, failing to acknowledge my concerns or offer any solution. This left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my experience at [Pizza and more] He then asked me to advice him in what to do, which I did, but he still failed to understand what was needed to do in resolving the issue at hand.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but it is the way a business handles those mistakes that truly shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. In this case, the poor customer service I received from the manager was unacceptable and has left a negative impression on my perception of [Pizza and more] -

To the public I don’t think I will be using this establishment again, and highly recommend others not to fall into the trap. Avoid if possible there are other restaurants in Dhaka who are more professional and helpful.

Well while entering we got struck by the renovation works they have been undergoing with. Trust me there were no guests except us- the four persons. And astonishingly they haven't notified this thing on any of their social media pages. This is an issue because the place was with full massacre. Anyway, we happen to order. We ordered Beef Steak Salad, Rotolo di Pollo, Drink: Ginger Twist & Mint Lemon Soda, and Forbidden Black Pizza. Salad and the chicken 🐔(rotolo di pollo) item were yummy. But the pizza was utter disappointment. There were a lots of topping on the pizza, but they did not complement each other. The whole thing felt like exaggeration. Local Pizza stores offer much tasty items around any places.

Overall their service was with full mismanagement. Tissues were insufficient. Another set of plates and spoons between the foods were not served. TOOOOO many mosquitos, and you happen to catch up with malaria. However, they know the thing and forwarded their repelant.

Such a rare find in Dhaka! Upon entrance I got enchanted by the beautiful outdoor seating area and I’m sure you’ll too. The perfect place for winter evenings. Really spacious place and indoor is decorated nicely enough to host parties and gatherings.

As for the food, they make majority of the dishes from scratch which includes their complimentary bread sticks, pesto sauce and even the gnocchi!

I tried their Margherita pizza, Alfredo Pasta, Chicken Rotolo, Grilled Prawns, Panna Cotta, Brownie, Ginger and Virgin Mojito.

Cannot still get over how good the pizza was. The best crust in Dhaka imo. The pasta was hand rolled which made it taste really fresh. The chicken dish was the best one for me as I’m a huge fan of fresh basil! The ginger drink paired well with the heavy food by adding some balance.
