I went to Santoor on 15th May. We were 9 guests. Santoor is basically an Indian Restaurant. You will find authentic Indian tastes in every dishes. We took: 1 Hyderabad e Biryani (1:2): 7/10: it was really moist and had abundant pieces of mutton but my expert food lover guests told me it wasn't enough spicy to be called Hyderabad e biryani. But it was good. 7 Garlic Naan: 8/10. Soft, fluffy and tasty. Chicken Gireesh kebab: 8.5/10. Boneless chicken kebab. Mutton Sizzling and Prawn sizzling:7/10 and 8/10: both of the dishes were very tasty although the amount of mutton was a bit less. Santoor special soup: 8/10: It was tasty and with good amounts of prawn and chicken in it. Environment: 9/10: the ambience was really good. The floor and the tables, Cuttleries were clean. The area was spacious and well decorated and designed. The parking space is quite small and can accommodate no more than 6 to 8 cars. Staffs were co-operative but they need to be a bit more warmer. Price: 7/10: It is quite expensive compared to other restaurants. But, I feel the taste and the quality of food and the ambience was...

One of the worst experiences ever. Their food is delicious, there is no doubt. However, they have the worst staff ever. They do not know how to talk politely or even deal with an unexpected situation.

They inserted my card in their machine and immediately I got message and email that the bill has been paid, but the machine did not produce any receipt. I informed the waiter about that. Instead of politely requesting me to call or recheck with the bank, the waiter rudely asked me to insert the card again. I told them to wait while I talk to the bank. The customer care took a long time to answer as usual. During this 10 minutes, all the staff came one by one to check us as if we were some kind of criminals and will run away without paying the bill. However, the issue was resolved and even after getting the payment, they did not have the courtesy to apologize to us for the inconveniences caused.

I would request the authority to train their staff and ask them to politely handle any situation. Just making the waiter wear suit does not make them...
