Finally a bakery in antwerp that offers something different! Many gluten free options and flavors that can't be found in a regular belgian bakery. I tried the pear pistachio cake, olive oil orange cake and a pistachio croissant. The pear cake was too moist for my taste but probably because of the high fruit content. Maybe I wasn't used to the texture of a rum baba but I did finish it! The orange cake was also moist but more grainy in texture because of polenta or almond flour (sorry I forgot) in it.
