Where to start. Unnecessary long queues? NO signs where to queue? Overcooked wings? Unclear menu? How about aggressive and uncivilized employees that shout and physically abuse you? STAFF NAME: Betty - she started around 20:00pm on Thursday 4th August 2022. I bought the hector box and asked which one is the Crousty. Betty started picking at my chicken with her hands and then actually grabbed my hand and pushed it in the box to show me which one. When I asked another staff to replace the burnt pieces, Betty told all the staff not to replace it because I touched all the wings. Betty then shouted at me if I want to have her managers number. I have never seen such aggressive behavior and an uncivilized person. No idea how Hectors chicken hire staff but Betty clearly has no idea what is customer service or general mannerisms. Food was good but very disappointed with the service. I politely asked if the cashier speaks English because I wasn't sure where to order food to go. She rudely walked passed me and just shook her head. No signs telling you where to go to order or to wait for your food. We are from another country and never experienced such rude people. The cashier saw me waiting to order and she did everything possible not to help me. Once she decided to help me , looking extremely annoyed, she somehow understood English. I asked her how much something was and if the nuggets came with fries. She had no problem with communication. Just a rude personality. The prices make no sense..I felt ripped off.
