Very disappointing experience. Will never go back and will never recommend it. Staff totally not customer minded. Was more focused on everything else except the food he was “making”. Burned the wrap. Had to wait for another one. Very weird vibe. Chitchatting with his colleagues and people who were walking in, while we were just waiting for him to assemble our food. All of a sudden it appears they got a notice from someone that they need to wear their hat/ cap. Which they just do in front, while wearing their gloves which is supposedly for hygiene reasons while assembling the food. Now they are touching their hairs. Defeats the whole purpose. The wrap was not wrapped correctly, amateur level ( I really was flabbergasted that the guy is working there). Also soggy. Food was cold and not tasty at all.

Overall bad experience. Totally no attention for service and lack of work mentality. If this mindset continues, I wouldn’t be surprised they will close their doors soon. Hopefully they can...

I’ve ordered from here many times sometimes 3x per week lol and since January I’ve used Uber Eats 19 times to order from here however the service has been poor at the moment and some staff have been extremely rude 😭Last week my order was completely wrong and when I tried calling six times no one answered. When I went in the next day the staff was so rude at me even though I wasn’t upset. I paid extra for Uber Eats and had a complete wrong order and me putting the effort to go there …their answer was I will give you some salad … Mistakes keep happening 😪my recent orders of this Monday were missing items my cupcake 😭 There also seem to be hygiene issues👀 the meat and hummus seemed off during that order as well. and I got always very sick when I order their chicken … I can’t be the only one that has this issue that’s why I don’t order their chicken anymore (the yellow on) I hope you guys will fix your staff and hygienic issues because it’s very unfortunate what you guys...

Horrible dining experience!

I went to this place after reading a couple of reviews and here’s what I think

1. Food - we ordered 2 bowls( one falafel and one chicken). The rice was under seasoned, chicken tasted stale, falafel was dry and the food was served cold. The drinks were also disgusting. We tried the homemade iced tea and lemonade and I really wish to ask the staff whats homemade in it? The drink had a foul taste of detergent in it and we feel they are reusing the plastics bottles to cut costs. Such a shame to play with people’s heath after taking so much money.

2. Ambience - The chairs are torn, floors are not cleaned, tables are not wiped. The staff is least bothered and not welcoming at all. When you pay such steep prices for the food the least you expect is to have a decent dining experience. This was a total let down
