Soho — Restaurant in Antwerp

I came here once to have a mojito during my stay in Antwerpen after partecipating an Erasmus+ project in the Netherlands, the mojito was tasty (it's not always like this when you try the same drink in the bars around Europe) and the atmosphere was great and chilling at the same time. I would have given five stars to this bar but, when I came again, the bartender told me that the opening and closing times on Google Maps were wrong since they haven't been updated yet (I couldn't order anything since they were going to close). When I offered myself to change them using my phone and my mobile data in front of him, he behaved in a quite rude way, as if updating the opening and closing times was a total waste of time (OK, tell this to your future customers). He didn't even thank me for doing that. He almost didn't cooperate. I update this kind of information to help other people, this is the reason why I also like to spend some of my time posting reviews of the places in which I have been. Therefore, I will only give three stars to this place. Some official apologies by the owner would be nice just to save the face. But I'll give...

Nice location and cosy terrace. Vibe of the people in it makes you want to have fun. BUT...service we got just killed it

There were a few things that could have been better, but on a nice night when you are having a good time, you can easily dismiss it and focus on the company you are having.

What killed it was when we got bad cocktails and we decided not to finish the drink. When the waitress noticed it, her reply was " you are the first to complain about it" and offered nothing to change our experience. So we felt cheated paying for cocktails we did not drink.

This place has the most Aggressive and unfriendly staff in whole of antwerp. If I could put 0 stars , I would. They said "you don't have to reserve , just come". We reserved anyway just in case. We Come and sit on an empty terrace at a reserved table. And the water with a very angry attitude tells me and the beautiful girls to not sit here or get out. I am SHOCKED.
