Cafe Pick — Restaurant in Bruges

No exaggeration, it was the worst treatment I have ever received. Table was somehow dirty and we had waited 20 minutes for the waitress. When I told her about the table, she just asked if we would drink something or not. I said yes if she would be nice and give us a menu. And it took another 30 minutes for her to clean already clean tables except ours. Then we just left the cafe asking for her manager and got the answer 'I am the manager'.

People don't check for ratings and reviews when looking for a place to sit in Brugge, I wouldn't have paid much attention as well. But I wish someone had warned me earlier. I haven't said this for any place but here. Don't ever sit here. Really. There is a psycopathic waitress who doesn't give a damn about...

Unfriendly bar tender and plastic cups. If you are looking for cheap beer this bar seems to be a good place. However, the bar tender who was working during the night I was a customer should learn a little more about what customer service is about. He was impolite and gave snippy answers. Furthermore, due to obvious reasons, nowadays it should be normal not to serve drinks with plastic cups - especially in a bar. Waiter dropped beer on my bag (ok accidents happen ... But then ...). He said not much was spilled. Spend 5 seconds cleaning with a cloth. When he walked off with the cleaning cloth I had to stop him and ask for the cloth so I could do a thorough cleaning myself. Since the beer was all over the bag his rush job was not sufficient. The beer was also all over the chair and floor. The 2/3 full beer glass wasn't replaced. So when the waiter came back I asked him if he was going to charge us full price.
