We choose the grilled powns and lobster and lobster linguine. and obviously this restaurant is not ready for this dish. Take one hour to serve the dish without any explanation and no person to change the plate and bring the forks and etc. and these two are to be honest disgusting. I suppose this is a traditional seafood bar but no, they can only serve the simple seafood dish like mousses. So do not have much expectation on this, have some snack and simple dinner is fine.
Back to your reply: If your waitress are not trained as a professional one, do not let them work and if you are not ready for the food, do not put them on the menu. If your standard is one hour to serve the food without any explanation, itās my fault to have the standard expectation on you. I do not ask for your apology is my generous to you, do not be a shameless person. I am the person who pay for the food and even you should give at least respect on that. We had grilled seafood platter and the quality and flavors were great, just to bad that the oysters we had as a starter was not flipped. Something you expect at a seafood bar. Waaay to overpriced compared to what you get (incl. the service thatās drags down the whole experience).
The girls + owner were mostly standing behind the bar, talking and texting and not paying attention to the guests. We sat for 10 min without getting a menu/drink. After we finished our meal no one asked for refill of drinks or dessert menu. We needed to turn around to the bar and interrupt their small talk to ask for more drinks and the bill eventually. The owner is nice but she and her staff need to step it up in how service works. The girls could not make the cocktails on the menu.
At the end of the evening all staff decided to step out and clear the terass from chairs. A job for 1-2 persons but all the guests were left inside alone. We were multiple guests that laughed at this...

The waitress said the boss opened upstairs but they donāt have ability to host a second floor. We were first table upstairs. Other two tables got their food earlier than ours, with no explanation. After they finished and left, we were still waiting for hour food. My friend got two bites after all the wait, 20 euro for two Croquettes. She was still hungry after the whole evening wasted in this place. Most importantly, she is allergic to onions and her two croquettes have onions on them! When we complained, the manager was not sorry at all and saying everyone here is waiting for more than one hour. Just let us pay (see the photos) without proper compensation after we complained about the terrible experience.
