We recently did a brewery tour and beer tasting at Brussels Beer Project with a big group of girls, and it was an amazing experience! Our guide, Hugo, did a fantastic job keeping us engaged from start to finish with his enthusiasm and deep knowledge of beer. He shared lots of stories about the brewing process and the history of the brewery.
The tasting itself was great – we got to try a variety of beers, each with its own character and flavor. The whole experience lasted about 2 hours and 40 minutes, which felt a bit long for some of us, but it also showed how much care and time Hugo put into making the tour special. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun, making it the perfect group activity.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun and insightful beer experience in...
Read moreI participated in the BBP Dansaert 'Brussels raclette experience in a brewery!'. It was my first time and I definitely recommend this experience. The dining area was a cozy room, comfortably lit and an adequate temperature considering all the cheese machines running. The food was to a high standard and extremely delicious. There was a choice between Swiss and French raclette cheese, which was accompanied with potatoes, different cuts of ham, salad, pickled gurkins & onions and bread & butter. As it is a volonte, I may have eaten too much because I just could not stop, haha.
Shout out to Hugo, who was one of the servers at the event who embodied pristine service; helpful, friendly, attentive to detail and always looking to make your time there the best it can (@BBP, give that...
Read moreBest not to give gift vouchers! :'( I like small breweries, but I was very disappointed in the BBP shop. We received a gift voucher from a friend. As delivery costs were more than 6 euros with online shopping, and we live in Brussels, we decided to go to the shop at Dansaert. Once there, it turned out we couldn't use the voucher in the shop. It seemed to me the lady (who was very friendly, so no complaint about that) just had no idea how to process it and opted for the easy way, to turn us back home empty-handed. I wouldn't recommend anyone to give vouchers as a present - they seem a scam to me, as they can apparently only be used online and I can honestly not imagine a delivery less than 5 km away can cost 6 euros. A quarter of our gift will be spent on delivery costs...
