I asked for my coffee with milk on the side and was told they weren't allowed to serve milk with their hand drip coffees. I get what they're trying to do, but just let the customers have what they want,
Some American lads walked in and asked if they served a mocha. The barista pretended to not know what that was, leaving the lads to explain it to her. She then said she could try to make one, which I thought was quite nice, but then she added "or you can go to Starbucks". She laughed. They left.
The place takes cards only. Perhaps this is easier for them, but in a city with so many international visitors, paying with cash is a way for foreign customers to avoid bank transaction fees, so their already pricey coffee costs more.

Read morePassed by this coffee shop on our way to the train station and decided to give it a shot based on how busy it was and how nice and modern the interior looked.
I ordered a cold brew coffee which came with a slice of lemon. The taste was nice a mild for my first cup of coffee.
My girlfriend ordered the sandwich with butternut pumpkin, crispy tofu, and pickled cucumbers. The ingredients were very fresh and the bread was good. Even came with a small bit of salad on the side!
We also tried the apple I juice, which had a unique and fresh taste to it. However, it did seem a bit overpriced for 3 euros since the cup was small.
Prices are pretty reasonable for the quality but the drinks are on the smaller size. To be fair, this is the first coffee shop I've visited in Brussels so this might be the norm. Will visit again if...
