I used to use it without any problem at the same qpark dansart but today the machine took the card and didn't return it. I still had to pay 4 euro (that's their outrageous hourly rate). I called the staff who was very rude and said it's not a real card. A lie! And it's my problem to arrange. So they took my parking card and also my money. I wonder if what they are doing is fraud, clearly cheating people who think they can park there for one free hour.

C’est une gestion totalement irresponsable. On laisse les gens se faire voler sans réagir. Ce parking n’est rien d’autre qu’une invitation ouverte au vol. Si tu laisses ta voiture ici, prépare-toi : elle, tes affaires, et ta paix mentale vont y rester. Les responsables ? Ils ferment les yeux, comme si de rien n’était. Ce lieu mérite une seule chose : une putain de fermeture définitive

Avoid this paid parking at all cost! We and many other cars were stuck in this parking garage for over an hour because the exit gate would not open. We contacted qpark's emergency service, but they hung up mid conversation which seems their standard mode of operation as the driver in front of us had the same experience.

When the engineer finally arrived to open the gate he was rude and discourteous offering neither an apology nor an explanation.

And all this happened after we had to endure the stench of a public urinal in their parking garage.

Qpark, please spare us your standard response promising to make every effort to improve your service as other comments here have shown that you don't care about your customers.

We will never park again in...

Bonjour a tous. Ajourd'hui je laissé ma voitur a Q-Park Bruxelles. Bien sûr il y a aucun surprise. Comme d'habitude.Je ne pas de choix. Ci je lesse ma voitur d'hoor, il y a grand risque d'avoir une amande de 25 euro. Ca veut dire que, pour pas avoir une amande, je dois lesse ma voitur Chez le Q-Park.BON.J'ai gare au REZ. La place pour entre la voitur est vrement pas asse large.Quand j'entre Entre deux VOITURES, je Vous dis la verite, entre ma voiture et voiture à ma droite, je lesse maximum 10 cm. Et entre ma voiture et voiture de mon côté goche il y a Même pas 25 cm. PRENE l'epeceur de la porte, qi fait +-15 cm. et le rest distance pour sortir moi est entre 10 et 15 cm. Je suis sorti de ma voiture, littéralement comme un serpent.Emagine vous.C'est ne porto quoi. Payer 4€ pour 1,5h. en plus je prende le risque de griffes ma voiture et bien sur la voiture a côté. Je pance que, chaque place doit etre minimum la largeure de une normal voiture, on dire 180-200 cm. + 60 cm. pour pouvoir ouvrir la porte et SORTIR de la voitur. CAR, on doit pas oublie qu l'Épaisseur, de la porte, elle prendre aussi une serten espace. Et a la fain, dit moi comment je peux etre Contente. Comment je peux etre...
