Gazzosa — Restaurant in Brussels

Totally dissapointed. Following good reviews we decided to give it a try. For the Ambience I give them a 3 but then for the food... it was a disaster we order pasta and it took around 40 minutes for just one of the dishes to be ready..! then around 12 minutes more for the second dish... If you go to a restaurant to eat together you expect at least your 2 dishes to arrive at the same time. We didn't have any other option that share the first dish to avoid this one getti g cold until the second one arrive. Not even an excuse or a reason why this happened. I had a disappointing experience at Gazzosa today. My colleague and I tried the spaghetti alla mollica, and it seemed that they had forgotten one of our orders and split the quantities in two. When I commented this with the waiter he said that all the pasta dishes had 150g but as an Italian myself, who had cooked precisely 150g of pasta the day before, I knew that this just wasn’t true. Tout petit restaurant, on s’y sent un peu à l’etroit. Nous y avons été un samedi sans réservation pour 2. On a attendu 10 minutes dehors qu’une table se libère, puis on a eu la table de 4 de l’entrée ce qui n’est pas l’idéal avec le froid de la porte et c’est aussi l’endroit où les paiements se font, on l’a libérée pour un groupe et on a été au fond du restaurant, derrière le bel escalier. Depuis l’entrée, on voit bien le jeune homme dans la cuisine ouverte avec les deux adorables serveuses qui s’alternent entre le placement, le service, le paiement et la plonge. Les deux serveuses sont adorables et calmes malgré le restaurant rempli, j’ai été bien conseillée pour un verre de vin, la coppa est arrivée sans pain que l’on a finalement demandé, j’aurais bien aimé une carte en français ou en anglais pour avoir une première idée et pour prendre les explications comme des conseils.
