Definitely a mad decent burger, emphasis on "mad". As a table of North North Americans visiting the #1 ranked burger joint in Brussels we had super high hopes. Didn't disappoint, didn't kill. The bun was a little too bready, the burger a little undercooked, and everything tasted a little bit like mayonnaise. HOWEVER! The flavours balanced on all three of our plates (grizzly burger (with bacon), le subtil, and DS "deluxe") with the winner going to the DS "deluxe" salmon burger. It was faaaacking good. Plus, the wine we ordered (pictures) really knocked it out of the park, it lightened up all the burgers and was quite playful. All in all, love the feel, service was above average with a few minor mistakes, and good burger. Can't feel the 5 stars because it didn't quite hit all the marks, but 100% worth a try and I definitely will go back!

It is a nice+cozzy place, the waitresses/waiter are really kind!! And welcoming!! The only "negative" thing is that when the door doesn't close completely (because of deliveries coming/going) the cold air gets in so is better to eat further from it... Out of that is perfect!! Ça avait plus le goût d'une viande bas de gamme.. ce qui m'a énormément attristé. - Les frites étaient beaucoup trop salées, pas du tout mangeable. Je n'ai même pas pu y toucher. - Le ketchup avait un goût assez spécial, assez épicé, ça m'a surpris. Mais ça ne compte pas dans la note. - J'ai demandé une carafe d'eau (en bon français naïf ahah), mes amis belges n'ont malheureusement pas eu le temps de me prévenir que l'eau gratuite n'existait pas ici que je me retrouvais facturé d'une simple bouteille d'eau à 4€50... Pour de l'eau, oui. (Qui était vraiment rafraîchissante, certes, mais valait-elle vraiment ce prix ?..) Je me suis vraiment senti volé (je n'ai pas l'habitude de payer aussi cher pour quelque chose qui m'est vital peut-être..?) Bref, mes amis ont aimé, mais ça n'a pas été mon gars, donc bon, les goûts et les couleurs sûrement ? Mais en tout cas je n'y retournerai plus pour ces raisons. It is a nice+cozzy place, the waitresses/waiter are really kind!! And welcoming!! The food that I askes is delicious, very well cooked and warm to eat, variety of sauces to choose, good frites (well I ordered sweet ones that time)... Went on a Sunday for lunch, they were not busy. Service was a bit slow, despite the lack of customers. Interior is very fun and vibrant. The wide range of menu items (burgers, sauces, drinks...) were original and creative. Ordered the Pollos Hermanos and Smokey Bacon, and a Copacabana and Sunny smoothie. Pollos Hermanos: loved the grilled veggies and guacamole combination. The minced chicken patty was okay. Serrano ham wasn't too salty. The bun was very light and fluffy. Smokey Bacon: delicious combination. Sweet yet a bit tangy with the mustard. Copacabana: loved it, subtle ginger flavour Sunny: very strong banana flavour Overall: price-quality is great! I would come again to try all the different...

The burgers are tasty, at the first bite you taste the freshness of the ingredients. The burger was well balanced, especially the sauce. The meat is well cooked. The buns are good, they are a kind of bagna. I'm not a big fan of that option but I admit it went well with the whole.

They have some good beers but the selection is not big.

The service is awesome. We were 18, and they manage the group very well, which is usually not the case in other restaurants. moreover they accepted that we pay separately, that is exceptional in Belgium.

The place is not too noisy, and the ambiance is nice.

I love it, it's now in my top 3 of burgers restaurant...
