Green Mango — Restaurant in Brussels

Definitely a mad decent burger, emphasis on "mad".

As a table of North North Americans visiting the #1 ranked burger joint in Brussels we had super high hopes. Didn't disappoint, didn't kill. The bun was a little too bready, the burger a little undercooked, and everything tasted a little bit like mayonnaise. HOWEVER! The flavours balanced on all three of our plates (grizzly burger (with bacon), le subtil, and DS "deluxe") with the winner going to the DS "deluxe" salmon burger. It was faaaacking good. Plus, the wine we ordered (pictures) really knocked it out of the park, it lightened up all the burgers and was quite playful.

All in all, love the feel, service was above average with a few minor mistakes, and good burger. Can't feel the 5 stars because it didn't quite hit all the marks, but 100% worth a try and I definitely...

Went on a Sunday for lunch, they were not busy. Service was a bit slow, despite the lack of customers. Interior is very fun and vibrant. The wide range of menu items (burgers, sauces, drinks...) were original and creative. Ordered the Pollos Hermanos and Smokey Bacon, and a Copacabana and Sunny smoothie. Pollos Hermanos: loved the grilled veggies and guacamole combination. The minced chicken patty was okay. Serrano ham wasn't too salty. The bun was very light and fluffy. Smokey Bacon: delicious combination. Sweet yet a bit tangy with the mustard. Copacabana: loved it, subtle ginger flavour Sunny: very strong banana flavour Overall: price-quality is great! I would come again to try all the different...

The burgers are tasty, at the first bite you taste the freshness of the ingredients. The burger was well balanced, especially the sauce. The meat is well cooked. The buns are good, they are a kind of bagna. I'm not a big fan of that option but I admit it went well with the whole.

They have some good beers but the selection is not big.

The service is awesome. We were 18, and they manage the group very well, which is usually not the case in other restaurants. moreover they accepted that we pay separately, that is exceptional in Belgium.

The place is not too noisy, and the ambiance is nice.

I love it, it's now in my top 3 of burgers restaurant...
