We had a very bad experience, i spent months trying to reserve at this place to be able to try their famous Fluffy Pancakes, once i finally found a place, we have a set time for reservation, we asked for a place outdoor, they told us to wait so that one tale gets available, once a table was available, they apologized and told us sorry it is a table of 4 we cannot give it to you. So they gave it to the people behind us who arrived later. And we had to wait again. (this is almost understandable, although we had a reservation, and had to schedule our whole plans accordingly) Once finally seated, we ordered the Menu, which is salty Toasts first, then the Sweet pancakes, there was a mistake with the main salty order, but we did not say anything. Then, we waited for the famous fluffy pancakes, without exaggeration, we waited and waited and waited. We asked 4 times ! if they forgot our order, they told us no, All the tables around us left. And the new tables were receiving there desserts already !!! We literally waited 1 whole HOUR on the clock !! We asked again someone else, they told us no, we asked 4 persons during this hour ! So we gave them a chance every time believing them that they did not forget our order, at the end i had to stand up a second time and they told me sorry we forgot your order we lost your ticket we can offer you a coffee on the house to wait again for the pancakes to arrive !!! We did not have our whole day free to wait for pancakes we dont care about having an extra coffee when we already had a coffee as part of the menu, and to fill our stomach even more before the desserts, this was completely unprofessional and inconsiderate, Worst part we left paying 40 euros and without even having tasted the one thing...

I have very mixed feelings about this place... We made a reservation for 9 persons and we sat outside. We ordered our menus and drinks and got warned that the food would take a while because we were a lot of people. Sure, no problem. First disappointment: the homemade iced tea arrives, except that it's no tea, it's literally water with mint leaves and lemon slices. Just water. Then, around 25 minutes after ordering, the waiter comes with 4 pitaya glasses and tells us that there are not enough pitayas for everyone. He offers to discount 2€ each or to bring us water; we accept the water. Then some main dishes arrive. I chose the benedict eggs with an extra of salmon, without knowing that if you pay extra for the salmon, you don't get the bacon (but bacon is written with the eggs and the salad, so why do you not get bacon if you're paying more?🤷‍♀️). Then the pancakes arrive: very tasty and fluffy. At this point only 3 of our friends have some food and the rest still hasn't even gotten their first dish. Coffees get cold because of the waiting and orange juices arrive last of all. We were in the place for 3.5 hours but we were eating for a total of around 25 minutes. The rest of the time consisted on very long waiting times and waiters going back and forth bringing forgotten things. All in all, the food is great but is not worth the wait. There are places with the same quality and a much more...

My visit to Kafei Louise was a mixed bag of emotions. While the pancakes were undeniably delicious and worth savoring, the overall experience left much to be desired.

Let's start with the positives: the pancakes. They were fluffy, flavorful, and a real treat for the taste buds. It's clear that the chefs put a lot of effort into perfecting their pancake recipe, and it definitely paid off.

However, the atmosphere at Kafei Louise was a different story. The restaurant was incredibly crowded and noisy, making it difficult to enjoy our meal or have a conversation without shouting. The cramped seating arrangements only added to the discomfort, as we felt like we were practically sitting on top of the table next to us.

What's more, the waiting time was excessive. We had to wait for what felt like an eternity just to be seated, and even then, the rushed service left much to be desired. It's frustrating to have to wait weeks just to secure a reservation, only to be met with chaos and disorganization upon arrival.

In conclusion, while Kafei Louise may offer delicious pancakes, the uncomfortable atmosphere and long wait times make it a less-than-ideal dining destination. If you're willing to brave the crowds for a taste of their famous pancakes, be prepared for a less-than-relaxing experience. Also, very expensive I...

Had a really good brunch. Unfortunately, there are no gluten-free options, and this was very difficult even though their menu mentions at the bottom if you have any allergies as us anout it. However, the kitchen was very nice to make a salad with the same ingredients as the sandwich i wanted. Unfortunately, the service from our waitress was very disappointing. She was not very kind or friendly. One time, she cut my friend off as she was talking to her and walked away when she simply wanted to ask a quick question. The rating would have been higher if the service was a little better. The food is also a bit on the pricy side. Overall, it's not too bad, I would go back and hopefully, the waitress will be a bit friendlier next time 😊
