Ok so I booked this place by chance I knew nothing about it. What a wonderful surprise. First of all service was great. Efficient, friendly and just enough attentive. Food was a total surprise. It's like French with some Asian twist here and there. I honestly could have eaten every single dish on the menu. It all sounded good, different and interesting. I would go back in a heartbeat. Dessert were wonderful, extra bonus points because they had real individual tiny towels in the bathroom!! I assume the menu changes but if you go in the next week or so and you are a fish lover try the cheviche for starter and the cod in miso sauce for main. Steak was wonderful and so was the pigeon! Dessert all good the lemon sorbet was divine.. and the home made bread..to die...

Cosy setting in the heart of the Marolles neighborhood. Dimmed lights, romantic mood, view on the kitchen in a rather small space but with enough room in between tables. Excellent fix tasting menu that follows the seasons. Good combinations without losing touch and getting lost in experimental cuisine. Perfect cuissons and deep complex flavours. I'll add an extra star for the service and sommelier who did an amazing job at serving and explaining the wines(natural or 'bio'dynamic).
