The girls that work here are rude. After we waited for over half an hour for our food we knew something was wrong. So we looked at other people's beeper and saw that ours didn't have a number displayed on the LED so we figured it wasn't working. My husband went to the lady to tell them in french that it wasn't working and the lady at the counter got irritated looked at the screen and said "attendez encore! Encore!(longer)! (Longer)!". We waited 10 more minutes and figured that it couldn't be right. So i asked my husband if he could stay so we wouldn't lose our seats. I this time told the lady in english that the beeper wasn't working. She said ah ok took my ticket and looked at the food that stood up there all that time at the counter top. I was supposed to eat it cold, so I asked her if she could make another because it was allready 40 minutes there. She told me to wait 2 min. So she basically gave me the same tacos slightly microwaved. We sat at the side tables where you could look into the kitchen and the kitchen staff wheren't wearing the obligated hygenic gloves. Read moreJe suis obligé de mettre 1 étoile. Vous ne la méritez pas. Je travail dans l’Horeca depuis plus de 10 ans. Je suis manager d’un restaurant dans le centre Bruxelles. Je n’ai jamais vu un établissement comme le votre. Bien que ce ne sois pas totalement la faute du Manager (car pas sur place ce soir là).
L’équipe du mercredi soir (5 février 2025) doit être viré pour le bien de votre restaurant. Cries. Insultes. Musique à fond (et vulgaire) au comptoir et en cuisine. Aucune mesure d’hygiène. Aucun professionnalisme. Langage inapproprié avec la clientèle.
Membre de la cuisine qui sort de la cuisine pour allez parler (crier) avec sa bande d’ami pendant le service et lorsque la fille au comptoir demande de l’aide ou pose une question, elle l’envoie balader et lui parle vulgairement.
Je ne demande aucun geste commercial, même si j’ai payé un tacos L et j’ai reçu un M (et vu les commentaires sur la page ce n’est pas un cas isolé). Mais je demande une réaction de la part de la direction. Car je n’ai jamais vu ça. Et d’autres clients étaient choqué de la situation.
Comment c’est possible de laisser ce genre de comportement dans une si grande enseigne comme O’tacos. Ne répondez pas à ce message de façon automatique mais mettez des choses en place pour que ça change. Vous devriez porter une attention particulière à vos avis Google car ils montrent que le restaurant ne se porte pas bien.
