Paul is always an amazing experience no matter where you are in the world. Their coffee is so decadent that it creates the perfect start to your morning. Very poor service.

They served the Coffee in a broken tray and it was not even cleaned, it had bread crumbs in it.

When I told the staff about this, they said we clean our trays every day, the male staff was a racist person, started asking me about my nationality and tried to misbehave by saying "You are disturbing us, we have a lot of work" but they didn't even have any other client...

We had a really lovely service from a young lady who was so patient with us while we were deciding what to order. Big smiles, lots of patience, and spoke good english!
