I recently dined at YouWok De Brouckère, hoping for a flavorful and satisfying wok noodle experience. Unfortunately, the meal fell short of my expectations, leaving me with a sense of disappointment.
The wok noodles I ordered were bland and lacked the robust flavors I was anticipating. The dish seemed to be missing the energy and spices that are typically characteristic of a well-prepared wok meal. The noodles themselves were cooked well, but the overall taste was underwhelming.
In addition to the lackluster flavors, I found the prices at YouWok De Brouckère to be quite steep, especially considering the quality of the food. The cost of the meal did not align with the overall dining experience, leaving me feeling that I did not receive good value for my money.
While the staff were polite and the restaurant itself was clean and orderly, the uninspired dish and high prices overshadowed these positive aspects. It's unfortunate to say, but my experience at YouWok De Brouckère was mediocre, and I am hesitant to return...
Read moreIf you are looking for Asian food or fried noodles in Brussels, the place is definitely not a choice. I would score the service with 1/5. And the food, the noodles is a total tragedy. The sauce is uneatable and the noodles is oddly tasteless. Although the restaurant offers quite a few choices, however, they all taste disgusting.
If you are a westerner and have never eaten Asian noodles before, you should never go. It doesn’t taste anything like Asian cuisine. If you are Asian and are craving for Asian food in Europe, you should also not go there. The food will make you regret for ever visited the restaurant. I line up behind them wait for them to to take my order which is when the cashier chooses to tell me that it will have to be take away, something I was not told 30 minutes prior. I have had similar incidents to this at youwok but have also had enjoyable...
