We had horrible treatment we ever had. We ordered “pide” and people arrived after us got their food. Even one of them even finished and left. When we said we ordered before. They said it’s getting ready but the man prepares food he got annoyed and start screaming saying he doesn’t many hand to prepare. Totally unprofessional service. Also, we ordered Fanta but they served us in a glass which is a small glass. There was no gas at all too. We felt so uncomfortable about treatment we had. I wasn’t let inside with my family consisting of 2 kids and my partner because we had no reservation while there were 3 tables free and without the reserved tag. When another group with 8 people came in, waitress first asked if they had reservation, they said no and the waitress responded as “no problem, please”. As I witnessed all that, he also accepted us.
