I’ve been to Artisauce three times now, always to try their seasonal tasting menu – and each time has been an absolute delight. I especially love the 5-course journey: it’s thoughtful, creative, and introduces you to new, unexpected flavour combinations. A highlight from a previous menu was the foie gras crème brûlée – rich, surprising, and perfectly balanced – while the sole from the current menu is simply exquisite.

The restaurant is run by two young owners who clearly put their heart, passion, and deep knowledge of food and ingredients into everything they do. Every dish was a delightful surprise! Beautifully plated, bursting with flavor, and made with incredibly fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Each course was a perfect balance of elegance and innovation!
The service was just as outstanding as the food. The staff was warm, knowledgeable, and eager to share insights about the dishes and wine pairings. The ambiance is stylish yet cozy, and the outdoor terrace adds an extra touch of charm when the weather allows.

The tuna to start melted in my mouth followed by probably the most delicious duck I have every had. Even had to have dessert which I would normally not bother.
