During my recent stay in Brussels, I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Artisauce, a true hidden gem located in the charming Ixelles neighborhood. Run by two passionate young chefs, the restaurant offers a modern take on French cuisine with a creative twist that beautifully blends land and sea. Every dish was a delightful surprise! Beautifully plated, bursting with flavor, and made with incredibly fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Each course was a perfect balance of elegance and innovation! The service was just as outstanding as the food. The staff was warm, knowledgeable, and eager to share insights about the dishes and wine pairings. The ambiance is stylish yet cozy, and the outdoor terrace adds an extra touch of charm when the weather allows. If you’re looking for an unforgettable gastronomic experience in Brussels, Artisauce is a must!

After arriving late into Brussels our accommodation recommend Artisauce to us. On arrival the restaurant was packed! Greeted warmley by the front of house and when they realise my French was not much more than "Bonsoir" sent for the English speaking Manager. It was like having your personal translator. Took time to read through the French only menu telling us everything about the amazing sounding dishes. The food was completely OUTSTANDING! Every course was faultless in my opinion. The tuna to start melted in my mouth followed by probably the most delicious duck I have every had. Even had to have dessert which I would normally not bother. This might seem a little over the top review but you must eat here and you will understand why!!! A MUST if your ever in Brussels.

My favorite fancy restaurant in Brussels. Seasonal menus, and each dish is masterfully presented, interesting, and delicious. Quite often there will be a "ooh, I've never tasted anything like that before" thing in the menu, so I like to check the menu on occasion just to see! It's a bit pricy, but it's worth it for special occasions or when they have something that sounds interesting! They even have special menus on certain holidays like Valentine's Day. Aside from the menu, the restaurant is nice and small, so it doesn't get too loud, and the chefs are very nice and the table service is excellent, each dish is explained to you when it's brought to the table by one of the chefs.

I’ve been to Artisauce three times now, always to try their seasonal tasting menu – and each time has been an absolute delight. I especially love the 5-course journey: it’s thoughtful, creative, and introduces you to new, unexpected flavour combinations. A highlight from a previous menu was the foie gras crème brûlée – rich, surprising, and perfectly balanced – while the sole from the current menu is simply exquisite.

Desserts are always a showstopper: both visually stunning and bursting with flavour.

The restaurant is run by two young owners who clearly put their heart, passion, and deep knowledge of food and ingredients into everything they do. The atmosphere is calm and intimate – you can actually have a conversation without raising your voice – which makes for a relaxing, fulfilling dining experience.

The quality-price ratio is excellent, and it’s a lovely touch that the chef himself presents the dishes at the table. Special mention for the homemade bread – so good it’s impossible not to wipe your plate clean, even in such an...
