Le Stoefer Cocktail Bar — Restaurant in Ixelles - Elsene

The way they treat customers is bizarre! We wanted to have a nice evening with some cockatiels but their manager/cashier ruined it, she is SO RUDE.

First of all after every cocktail you order they come to your table and ask to pay for it as if we are going to leave without payment. Even though we told them we will be taking more cocktails so we’d like to pay all at once.

Anyways we made the payment of the first round and then manager/cashier came to our table, again interrupting our conversation with my friend and making a scene that the payment didn’t go through and we have to pay right now. HORRIBLE!

I don’t pay so much money for an average cocktail to be treated in such unacceptable way. I will never ever...

After coming here for years, had the pleasure last night of having an extremely rude and disrespectful waitress. We moved tables after we ordered and the first reaction was “you should have told me” and walked away. And when confronting her afterwards if there was a problem and she says “don’t take it personally”. Who the F says that?? And blaming that it’s crowded which is why she responded the way she did. If you can’t handle a crowded bar on a Friday night then you might as well go work somewhere else. On top of that the order was wrong, we sent a drink back, that was still on the bill. So not only super rude for absolutely no reason, but also thieves. What a rubbish...

drunk waitress who couldn’t hold her tray and the glasses on them without losing balance and dropping them on us, unsafe experience with drunk/pervy patrons who take pictures of women (not the first time according to one of the barmaids) and are defended by the woman manager (short woman with short hair) who doesn’t seem to care about the safety of her female customers, very very slow service although the place was almost empty… sadly the very good cocktails don’t make up for this disastrous experience, and we come often (although we appreciate the mixologist/barman/manager who seems to realize the issues and came to take our order directly...
