Visited this restaurant with a group of 4 friends in January 2025. The food was good, however this shall remain the only positive thing I'll have to say: We were placed on the upper floor next to a table of 20-25 people, who were celebrating a party/standing reception, including surprising the honorary guest by standing in the middle of the restaurant and screaming when she came in, etc. Sounds nice, if only they were not standing around our table with their coats hanging in our food etc. For about 45 minutes, the four of us could not talk as the group next to us was very noisy. I politely asked the waiter to change our table, as the group was being too noisy. He responded by saying that this was not possible and that this was "a bit the spirit of this restaurant". Needless to say, this is absurd - I am as happy as the next person for people having a party, but it is up to the restaurant to accommodate the tables reasonably, and not to put a table of four in the middle of a - completely unrelated - standing reception of 20-25 people. The same waiter had warned us when we ordered our food to "be careful, if you want to order something more later, it will take a long time eh" pointing at the group table. It is news to me that it should be my responsibility as a regular guest that the restaurant has taken up a rather large party without giving them a special section. I gave to the owner my feedback (politely) when leaving, he responded politely, however during our entire time at the restaurant we were uncomfortable, could not converse due to the noise nor leave as we had already ordered food when the noise started, were not offered another table nor anything else. It cannot be reasonably considered to be "a bit the spirit of this restaurant" to have waiters responding impolitely to completely reasonable requests, and to not arrange table...

2 stars for the delicious food & nice ambiance!

Here let me explain where the remaining stars went to: absolutely HORRIBLE service. On a significant day for me with my colleagues (8 pax) we went to this promising place. One of the waiter was bluntly rude to my group and especially to me after I made a mistake with an order, which I have 3 times apologized for. She was questioning my order, rolling her eyes and literally gaslighting by telling that no order was made. Totally disappointed and disgusted at this level of service which I have never experienced in a Lebanese or any other Mediterranean restaurant worldwide. We were treated as we were made a favor to be fed & served in the restaurant. To save the evening & the mood of the rest of the my collages I asked for a discount on the bill to smoothen the situation. That was a complete joke when another waiter brought ONLY for me a shot of liquor (what about the rest of the 7 disappointed people?!) & no discount at all. At the end I literally had no more energy to bare this service ambiance, we paid the bill, took the remaining desert and left.

In restaurants people pay for the experience and we paid in this place to be humiliated. Read some previous reviews and found out that it is a recurring issue at this place. I guess, it is time to reconsider service operations at this point already. By serving good food & ensuring a nice atmosphere you cannot charge as a restaurant, this is the level of take away. AWFUL CLIENT SERVICE. Real disappointment. I went to the place several times and always liked the food. When my friends came to visit me, I thought it was a good idea to show them the place. Unfortunately, the treatment from a waiter made us leave the place. When we came (around 17.30-17.45), we were not told about existence of different options to order (some are only applicable for day, others - for evening). We made our choice from the day menu (each of us wanted to take one normal portion (assiettes), but were told that now we should order from the all-day menu. There were only big portions which people usually share. So we decided to share and also to take additionally fries, but were told that each of us has to order one big meal. I said that it is too big for each of us and they don't serve normal sizes anymore, what can we do. We were told by a waiter literally "IT IS YOUR PROBLEM, NOT MINE, YOU CAME TO THE RESTAURANT" and "IF YOU WANT FRIES, THEN GO A KIOSK". I just checked on the web-site and it says that the meals that we wanted to take are available till 19.00. Also, the place was empty when we were there. If the place positions itself as a restaurant (which we were told), this client service is unacceptable. The food is super tasty but one can't try it because of the waiter.
