oh my God this is a pale ale I haven't tasted anything like this since I left Seattle. Except this is better than any of the pale ales I remember from Seattle.
fruity note, slightly bitter with a very pleasant mouth feel, it tickles your tongue.
it would be easy to spend far too much time here drinking far too much beer so I'm going to have to cut it short with only one thinking about what else they have on the menu...

A special shoutout to the Irish guy who works as a server—he’s friendly, gives you free basil, quick with service, and always has a great sense of humor. He really adds to the charm of the place!
The drink menu is solid, and the food is always fresh and delicious. Highly recommend trying their burrata pizza! Can’t wait for our next visit. The baileys shot will blow your socks off 🧦💥🤯

The manager was extremely rude and said that this was the traditional style and blamed me for not confirming with the waiter. He offered no compensation and was unapologetic. We ended up having a minor shouting match in the kitchen. He claimed he was the owner (which was denied by staff). Clearly this is a case of a kitchen manager with delusions of grandeur.
