Very personable and helpful staff, the gentleman who took my order over the phone was quite thorough and on arriving, the young lady at the cashier was quite friendly. Pleasant and prompt, she checked with the kitchen to inform me about how much longer I'd have to wait. There was good separation of duties as well, with someone else dealing with food handling. I got the Steak and Take and a side of fries which was about on par with other establishments quality wise, if a bit more expensive. While I wouldn't order these particular items again, I would go back to try their burgers or perhaps the chicken wrap as I've seen others laud.
