Nica Cafeteria e Restaurante — Restaurant in Região Imediata de São Paulo

Came with my girlfriend (foreigners) and sat downstairs for the a la carte menu. They got 2 out of 4 things we ordered incorrect. Girlfriend pointed to the croissant sandwich, just got a croissant. Asked for a macchiato and she asked if i want a single or double - i said double - and only a double espresso came out. Ate the meal and no one came to ask if we wanted dessert or anything, even though we said we’d want a dessert at the start. Oh, and my girlfriend spoke all this in portuguese. It was our first time and will not return nor recommend anyone. Glad i didn’t waste time...

This so called brunch is nothing but reheating pancakes, waffles, cake in the microwaves (at least the waiter did not lie on that). 130 reais for a buffet that should not coast more than 15, to be honest. To add to the bad food the service is...well is not. There is no service. You order something, something else comes and it is cold. The cakes that are staying in the counter top are eaten by more flies than customer. Well, to be honest, I do not put comment often. But this time it was that bad I was not able...

Lovely place for a spot of lunch. Great service and the food is Brazilian at its finest. It was sad and a bit inconvenient, especially for the staff, as there were some child beggars walking into the restaurant asking customers to buy them food.
