Truly outstanding in every way. This is an exceptional restaurant. We ordered the tuna tartare which was served with tapioca in narrow boats on a sea of rocks, seasoned just enough to bring out, not bury, the raw tuna. Then we had carpaccio which was presented in little cones on the rim of a potted flower plant - like nothing I have ever seen before. They were also ideal with the parmesan layered ever so lightly on top - see photo. For dinner we had the lamb which was unlike any lamb I have ever had before - it was cooked to be tender and falling apart and yet it was totally moist and still medium rare ! This was served with a brilliant tzatziki sauce and spicy roasted pears. We also had the most amazing pasta and sea food dish I have ever experienced. It was capellini in a seafood broth with scallops. The capellini was in one long roll in the middle of the serving dish with foamy broth on both sides and scallops which had been roasted and sliced in half placed through out the roll of capellini. There was slightly roasted Italian parsley on one part of the serving dish that when brought together with the broth and noodles was to die for. They have a wide range of wines with several good but affordable bottles. I don't even know what meal like this would cost in the US but I know I couldn't afford it. Please...

Really weird that they saw us waiting to open to have a seat and closed the doors instead of at least advise that in a few minutes they will be opening. For sure don't go there. Fui com minha mãe e, para iniciar, pedimos uma salada 10 grãos (abóbora, mix de folhas, iogurte de leite de ovelha, granola salgada e vinagrete de mel) - gostosa, mas senti falta de um pouco mais de iogurte e de sentir melhor o gosto do vinagrete. Normalmente é fácil escolher o que vamos pedir pois somos vegetarianas, mas o Più (felizmente!) tem várias opções de entradas e pratos, inclusive com opções veganas. Como prato principal, pedi o pici com ragu de cogumelos - fabuloso - e minha mãe escolheu o ravioli recheado com pera e fonduta de queijo azul, muito equilibrado em todos os sabores. As sobremesas também não deixaram a desejar: eu pedi o "capuccino", um tiramisú com Frangelico impecável servido numa canequinha, e minha mãe pediu a "manga divina", uma sobremesa extremamente criativa: creme de manga, sorbet de limão siciliano e nuvem de coco.
