Not bad but far from what a fresh food in a bakery is. EDIT: Asked by owner for recommendation: Try to keep pastry at least warm if not hot - this is important sign and the taste differs significantly. I've tried a few different ones they were all cold and I'm sure they will taste much better freshly baked or kept warm at least. I suppose they were fresh at 7AM but you could keep them warm till 9-10 with no problem at all. Otherwise good place,...

I thought it would have been impossible to find a place selling an espresso as good as the Italian ones, but Furna Lozenets made me understand I was wrong! Wonderful coffee, amazing sweet food and a super nice staff! We were given free food, just not to waste it, and we could enjoy it in a really peaceful...

Kaldığım otele yaklaşık 1km mesafede olan Furna’yı Google maps sayesinde keşfettik. Öncelikle yer geniş Hristo Smirnenski caddesi üzerinde bulunan ve önünde otopark bulunan bi yer. Bizim börekler ile benzer Banitsa dedikleri çıtır bir yufka içerisinde domates, peynir ve de mantarlı banitsalarınıj hemen hemen tamamını denedik. Tadı gerçekten çok lezzetli. Ham hafif aynı zamanda doyurucu. Özellikle kasada bulunan ve bizlere yardım eden Stelyo Türkiye’den geldiğimizi duyunca biri çikolatalı biri de pumpkin’li kurabiye ikram etti. İçeride 2 masalı klimalı ortamda yemek isteyenler içinde yer var. Ben hem ortamı hem de lezzeti çok beğendim. Bu şubesi dışında farklı bir şubesi de varmış. Sofya’ya yolu düşen olursa mutlaka denemeniz gereken güzel bir Bulgar böreği olan Banitsa için buraya gelmenizi öneririm.
