One of those places where if it's empty then it's a sign to avoid the place.

All the criticisms of negative reviews apply here: very slow service: it took at least 35 minutes to bring two starters. Three barely warm jalapeno poppers and some cold, burnt pieces of bread drowned in grated cheese. the lemonade is some strawberry-flavoured soft drinks. the waitress got my order wrong despite me being only the second person there. Brought ribs instead of beef brisket. the plate of barely warm brisket arrived at least 45 minutes after ordering. For 33 BGN, it was just ok. Curiously enough, for a place that's meant to be serving barbecue, the brisket did not come with any barbecue sauce, but some gourmet mayo sauce. I had to ask for a small portion of barbecue sauce for the meat. the place seems to have no heating. I had to wear my coat the whole time.

This place is an absolute gem for burger lovers! We tried the “Smoke Me a Keeper” and the “Gourmet” burgers, and both were incredible — the beef was exceptionally juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The portions were generous and satisfying, and the fresh veggies added a perfect balance. Everything felt high-quality and well worth the price. The outdoor seating area is also a great touch, perfect for enjoying a relaxed meal. What truly made our visit exceptional, though, was the service. Mihail went above and beyond — incredibly friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented throughout our entire stay. He made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of, which elevated the whole experience. Hands down, this might just be the best burger...

Overall the food was great, well smoked ,tender and juicy, the brisket was really great. We had a bad experience with the young waitress, she messed up with our reservation, she turned off the light in our place, before we even get any food, leaving us in the dark.!!!! ?????? Then we realised how late was the food to arrive, it took them more than one hour and a half ton start service...then another lady came she apologised (we had four children with us..they fell asleep hungry....) and the food showed up.
