SUMO Buffet SukiSoup&BBQ (Psa KabKo) — Restaurant in Khan Chamkar Mon

I come to eat here this evening. Though it has many varieties, it has many problems. We saw two cockroaches in two different sections, one in the cooked food section and one at the raw meat section. We saw a death fly on our table. Inside the food, we found the iron strand. 4. The floor is oily. We reported the issue to the manager but after many calls to the owner perhaps (about 20 minutes), she told that she will discount for us 15%, then after we reasoned with her, she said we still need to pay 80%. The thing is, we just barely came in and only eat 2 meatball sticks, 1 nuggest, 1 oyster, a spoon of fried rice, 1 salmon fin, half of a small bun. Personally, I think they charged us too much for the food we barely ate, and the reason was because of their hygiene problem. In the end, we paid 10$ and left the restaurant. Overall, if you mind the hygiene, you should never come here, if it is not the problem for you, then it is ok. I HOPE THAT THE OWNER WILL PROPERLY CHECK THE HYGEINE AND SUPERVISE THE RESTAURANT TO AVOID FURTHUR ISSUES IN THE FUTURE. This comment is meant for a kindly reminder and a constructive comment. If you’re that one in 100 person who likes seeing flies in the served meat, cockroaches skirting around on the table, family of roaches living in the dusty cracks of the walls, this place is for you. All jokes aside, First thing I saw when I sat down was hair in my serving bowl, dead flies in the sauce and meat, and my group found a family of cockroaches in the cracks of the walls. As for drinks, the pipe that feeds water to the dispenser was covered in mold. We saw one cockroach run out of the hot table when we turned it on. On the other hand, the karaoke experience was very smooth, and we had a lot of fun singing together. However, this does not justify the lack of pest and sanitation control that this restaurant has. Overall, 1/10. Come here if you do not mind a few extra bugs in your soup, or you enjoy karaoke a lot and would like to bring in a large group of people to eat and sing...

Had dinner here last week and had a bit of logistics drama. There are a couple of branches and some of them ain’t very well labelled. I made a reservation on FB Messenger for this particular branch but they couldn’t find my booking on the evening. Best call to make reservation and pass on your phone number. Apart from the logistics the dinner was lovely. Lots of seafood options and pretty fresh too. And the staff continued to replenish items through out the evening. There were a lot of food on offer. Staff were friendly and attentive and tried their best to resolve the booking issue. The place was well lit and maintained and staff tried their best to keep it clean. The marble like floor tiles do make it a bit slippery with the cooking smoke indoor but it’s not too bad. Will go...
