A cozy, well-hidden speakeasy on Street 214, with a fine selection of cocktails using locally sourced ingredients from around the Kingdom, alongside whiskeys and IPAs.
Fabulous art on the walls, focused on shots and prints of the legendary Golden Era Khmer Rock n Roll singers. A most friendly standard of service too from the attentive staff, who are keen to make you feel cared for throughout your visit.
On top of all that, some fine live jazz and blues music was being played when I dropped in, from some of Phnom Penh's very best contemporary foreign musicians; truly lovely 20's and 30's era songs.

Negative: the tip/gratuity was added without asking and we didn’t get much in return. Waited quite long, had to get check ourselves, no complimentary water or snacks, no asking if everything was okay and the prices are for Cambodian standards very high (European speakeasy price level). Entrance could be more welcoming, boxes were laying around.
