Great chilled vibe on rooftop (9th floor). Perfect place to have a cocktail or beer overlooking Phnom Penh independence monument. Angkor beer $3 a pint and totally worth the price for views of the bright lights and city below. There is a pool/snooker table and I believe you can pay to use their rooftop infinity pool which we didn't have time to use but 100% would have if we were in Phnom Penh again.
