So, my review is wholly due to the fact that this location no longer provides free refills in their drinks. I was blown away as this was the first McDonald's I've ever been to that doesn't. My first burger buns was also a hockey puck and had to be sent back, but whatever, mistakes happen.
They explained to me that since the restaurant was renovated, they no longer provided free refills. I requested contact information to formally voice my complaint, as I believe that is completely unacceptable, but it's also not the employees at the store's fault. They responded with they can/will not provide me with any contact info to voice my complaint. They said "we are passing feedback to general management."
I'm stunned. I worked at McDonald's, yes, 15 or so years ago, but the mark up on pop was astronomical then, and I can only imagine it is similar now, as fountain pop is dirt cheap to make. This is a horrible decision by this franchise owner, and I hope the money he saves from not providing refills, he loses in the form of customers. I know I will never return. And I'm hoping this review will encourage a few others to avoid.

My experience is about poor service this lication provided. I came to purchase a hot drink, but their machine was not working. I couldn't reverse from the drive-through, so I spent about 10 minutes in the lineup without purchasing anything and left to go to another restaurant.
5 days later, they had the same issue. There were no signs saying that some of their appliances were not working. This time, it was 15 minutes' wait time and frustrating.
I stopped at wondow to explain this to the restaurant manager about this, and she accused me of a bad tone. She would not provide her name, so now I couldn't even contact their office to let them know of the poor service and attitude I had received from this manager.

The general manager is making poor decisions that are affecting both the staff and customers. It’s clear she is scheduling fewer workers just to cut costs or increase her own commission — and it’s ruining the work environment.
The team looked completely overwhelmed, not because of their own fault, but because they didn’t have enough support. The shift managers and crew were doing their best, but it’s unfair for them to carry the entire burden while the general manager stands aside and avoids real responsibility.
This kind of mismanagement creates stress, delays, and an unpleasant experience for everyone. It’s unacceptable from a global brand like McDonald’s.
