McDonald's — Restaurant in Abbotsford

I ordered from this McDonald’s through SkipTheDishes — a simple order: one extra-large double-double coffee, two breakfast burritos, and two hashbrowns.

When the driver dropped it off, I asked where my coffee was, and he told me it was inside the large paper bag. After he left, I opened it to find the coffee cup on its side, having spilled about a quarter of the drink all over the bottom of the bag. The liquid had soaked through the second bag containing my food, leaving everything — burritos and hashbrowns — completely covered and dripping with coffee.

When I requested a refund through SkipTheDishes, I only received about one-third of what I paid back.

Honestly, who in their right mind thinks it’s a good idea to toss a hot coffee into the same paper bag as the food? It’s careless and shows zero common sense. Clearly, this McDonald’s doesn’t care about their customers or the quality of what they’re sending out.

I’ll never order from this location again, and I definitely won’t be visiting in person. The lack of care and customer service here is absolutely...

I stepped into this branch at around noon and proceeded to place my order for no-meat egg and cheese muffin. The order took a very long time to fill (over 10 minutes). When I opened the sandwich in found that the bread was burned all around which I found surprising that the preparer had not noticed. The cashier politely took the sandwich back and ordered a replacement. Again, the replacement was burnt (pictured below). At this point, having spent well over 15 minutes in the process, I totally gave up and took an apple pie in replacement. The reason for my review is to inform the public of the blow quality standards that this branch demonstrates. You better check your order...

It’s McDonalds. Are you really reading this? Ok well, they made my food and it was good. I only come here for the novelty items and cause it’s by my office. Came specifically for the promo menu that had a mcdouble with a fillet o fish on it (no tartar sauce was a let down and would have made it better) and the chicken and beef burger (known as something more fun online). It was still McDonalds. If you’re coming here you know what you’re in for… also no photos cause it’s McDonalds.
