Im Indian my self and the Indian chick was making nasty comments to me for sure was not professional Im Canadian born and raised maybe she didn’t like that ( as a lot of Indians don’t like Canadian born Indians here different topic only reason why I think she singled me out of the crowd ctv can prove that ) but for you to take that out on me for no reason while I’m supporting ur business is wild. First off im talking to a friend getting lost convo waiting for food so im checking the bags number ( from a distance never once did i touch someone else bag to make that clear so i for sure wasn’t in the wrong ) i was checking from the side to make sure i didn’t miss my order number being called and the chick tells me “ hey your foods coming” ( like im the problem for just tryna make sure I get my food and get outta the line ) rudely when i never once complaint about the wait time I was standing in the wait line making sure I didn’t miss my order to help the wait times than I told my friend like im just standing here waiting for my food like everyone else no reason to single me out is she blind? And she called out everyone’s order number.. when it was my order number turn she came right up to the counter and she kept a firm grip on the bag and dead stared me in the eyes and said very very rudely “your foods ready” with a major attitude not once did I ask about the wait times not once did complain I was simple chatting and for her to stare me down and me have to pry the food out of hands while giving me dirty looks I gave an eye roll like seriously ( obviously she wanted me a scene so a simple eye roll like really this is how you treat people will do fine i didn’t say a word back to her ) but really this is how you’re respecting the company that feeds you.. i never said anything about wait times you can check the CTC footage I’d be more than happy to give u the time so u can check in real time never ever have I had this happen to me for minding my own business..but I should’ve have got the owner info on the spot wouldn’t be surprised if she was the manger and would refused I barely give reviews but her attitude that was un called for will for will result in a 1 star ( 0 if possible review ) after the way I was treated for simple waiting for an order literally here’s the time check for ur self.. As a loyal customer, I have come to expect a certain standard from KFC, but this experience fell far below what is acceptable. Upon receiving my order, I was immediately concerned by the poor appearance and quality of the food. The fried chicken was noticeably extremely dry, and lacked the signature flavor and crispiness that KFC is known for. One of the drumsticks appeared shriveled, with exposed bone and very little meat, giving the impression it had been sitting out for a long time or improperly prepared. Additionally, the fries were cold, limp, and stale—completely unappetizing and far from fresh. Calling the attention of Area coach and Restaurant General Manager .Please check quality of the oil immediately! Please check when the last time the oil was changed? Quite frankly, it did not look fit to be served, let alone consumed. This experience was both disappointing and concerning from a food safety and quality standpoint. He can’t drink pop with the ice but they make the drink 7 up with the ice When we get our order he went back right away and I asked them Can you please remove the ice and and fill with the 7-Up because when they remove the ice, the cup was empty 30%but they’re refuse it and they said we have to pay .85 cents the girl name was Shelly she said it’s consider refill.
