A DELIGHTFUL DINING EXPERIENCE, EVEN CLOSE TO CLOSING TIME.
It was our first time visiting Quatro Bistro in Canmore Alberta. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish we ordered was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented. It's rare to find a place that can consistently deliver such high-quality dishes, especially when your visit falls at a time when kitchens are winding down. If you're considering what to try, I highly recommend sizzling pork sisig, sizzling ginger beef, the Cebu noodles (Bam-i) even their turon was good! Kudos to their Chef!
What truly set our experience apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by our server, Maria. Despite the late hour and the fatigue that must have been setting in after a long day, Maria greeted us with a smile that never waned. Her recommendations were spot on, her service timely, and her demeanor so friendly and kind that it added an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated to providing excellent service, and Maria truly deserves recognition for her efforts.
In summary, Quatro Bistro is a gem that shines brightly in the culinary landscape. From the delectable food to the exceptional service, it's a place that not only lives up to its reputation but surpasses it. A big thank you to Maria and the entire crew for making our dining experience so memorable. We left with full bellies and warm hearts, already looking forward to our next visit. Highly...
Read moreAs someone who nitpicks with meals at restaurants, this place is amazing. This restaurant is situated along a mainroad in Canmore. It is easy to miss as they dont have any flashy signage, but the food 100% speaks for itself! They have a variety of SEA foods, mainly the Philippines, Thai, and Indonesian. The restaurant itself may seem tucked away, but the amazing flavourful foods definitely make this restaurant stand out among the traditional ones anywhere in Canmore. The pricing is reasonable, especially for the sizing of the plates, and finding that the best time would be mid afternoon or after regular supper rush is best so there is no crowd and a calm casual setting along with the light jazz music in the background to enjoy the feast. The best meals I love from the menu are the fried pork belly and pork knuckle... traditional flavors burst from the well cooked meal with little excess oils, making it a perfect meal. I highly suggest this place if you visit, as it is my absolute go to everytime I...
Read moreGave me incredibly severe food poisoning which inevitably ruined the last half of my vacation. I was eventually approched about my Trip Advisor comment where they asked if I would be willing to answer some questions, I agreed but they never messaged me again so I really don't believe their concern for my well-being or any one else eating their food. I should metion I made a trip advisor solely to tell this to people which is also my reasoning for posting here. Also it is very obvious most of these 5 star reviews are fake. Really, tons of 5 star reviews from people who have no other account activity isn't convincing. Either way, wouldn't eat here if you value your health.
Update: I got a response to this review and it happens to be the exact copy and pasted response that i got to my original comment on TripAdvisor. This gives me the impression that instead of reading reviews and caring about customers concerns the owners will just automate a response to any bad review in order to...
