Was there today and the staff weren’t wearing masks to serve the food, they WERE NOT WEARING GLOVES to handle the cones or ice cream and the man that jumped on to help move the line HAD DIRTY HANDs AND FINGER NAILS! It was DISGUSTING ! They looked like he was working on a car then came in to scoop ice cream. I am appalled and shocked to find that. I understand it was busy but if you’re going to have dirty hands wear gloves. We usually go and there’s no issues but now I’m Definitely not going to go back ever. Let me start off by saying this: I eat A LOT of ice cream. I am on a hunt for the best ice cream. I have my favourite flavours at every location within a 15 km radius of my home. However, the Scoopin Moose's Lemon Pie ice cream is EASILY one of my favourite ice creams that I have EVER had. The lemon flavour is present without being too tart or too sweet, and the chunks of pie crust throughout the ice cream are flaky, buttery, and everything you'd expect from Grandma's lemon meringue pie.
