IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. TRY ORDERING FROM GINOS OR PIZZAVILLE THEY ARE ALSO IN THE AREA WITH FAR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APPRECIATION!
Last night at 7:53 p.m. I placed an order from the app for pizza and some wings. At about 8:30 my boyfriend went out to our driveway to get his debt to have ready for the driver when he came and out there he bumped into our next door neighbor. He had been outside in his car and informed my boyfriend that he saw the pizza guy, he looked a little lost so he told him where our door was and to go knock. THE DRIVER DID NOT APPROACH OUR DOOR INSTEAD HE TURNED AROUND AND LEFT! So of course I called the store. The person who answered the phone initially tried to tell me it had been delivered and I told him that's funny since I don't have my pizza and wings. He apologized and told me that this would be fixed. At 9:10 p.m. I am still sitting starving at home. So AGAIN! I contact the store a different guy answered the phone. I explained the situation, he was unapologetic and rude. He started off with asking what was on the pizza I had ordered, I informed in was a large crispy thin crust with salami on it. He tells me in an extremely rude and argumentative tone that this location does not have salami (its on my bill that they do, how else do they make a Brooklyn style pizza????) I told him they clearly have it as its on my bill. He then confirms my number after I state I have order a number of pizzas from this location before (this was my go to pizza place when ordering online) he pulls up my number and says you have only order 2 pizzas from them before (so I guess Domino's trains their employees to argue with you and I guess because it's only two pizzas this customer is of no value right???) which I have actually order way more but under a different account and number. This person also tried to tell me the driver had knocked on my door (my half Great Dane would say otherwise as he didn't bark all night! My neighbor (WITNESS) also saw him not come to the door!!) and he also called me (not a single missed call and no reason to call as this was an online transaction and I was home if anyone cared to actually knock), so now this person on the phone is calling myself and my neighbor a liar??? I asked to speak to a Manager and I was told there wasn't one in that night, which if were being honest sounds like a flat out lie, I could be wrong. But it's Domino's Pizza, is not a small company and open til 2:00 a.m. I would imagine there was a manager and whoever answered the phone didn't want to get in trouble. FOR ALL THE REASONS ABOVE I WILL BE GIVING MY BUSINESS TO GINOS...

I ordered 3 medium pizzas and 4 lava cakes for pickup. 20 minutes after ordering their screen said my order was ready, but I was told it was still in the oven and would be 2 minutes. 25 minutes after ordering I was told they forgot to make one of the pizzas and it would be less than 10 minutes - it took 20 minutes, and 45 minutes after ordering they finally gave me an order, but not my order.
1 of the 3 pizzas had incorrect toppings on it, and they had only given me 2 lava cakes instead of 4. They offered to remake the pizza which would take about another 20 minutes. The young lady at the cash started arguing with me about the lava cakes saying I had lied, she had the order on her screen and it clearly said 2. Several of her coworkers and some other customers joined me in pointing out that it actually said 4. I told them I had already waited 45 minutes and didn't want to wait another 20, and asked to pay. The staff just stood around with blank expressions for a good 30 seconds before finally being so kind as to allow me to pay.
They gave me approximately a $6 discount for waiting 45 minutes for picking up 3 pizzas, getting 1 of my pizzas wrong, not giving me all of my order, then arguing with me and accusing me of lying about the order being...
Read moreI enjoy dominos pizza and this location is very convenient, however there have been way too many problems for me. 99% of the time i order delivery they forget an item (dipping sauce , drink etc.) I understand mistakes occur sometimes but this has happened REPEATEDLY. I decided to pick up my order this time just in case and they still forgot the sauce (good thing i was there to remind them). When I got home I noticed both the pizza and parmesan bites were severely undercooked. Tried heating it up a in the microwave and I ate some of the food because i was very hungry, however i just couldn't stomach it and threw it out. I have been feeling sick ever since. It saddens me this happened as Dominos is a go-to for me. I hope nobody else will have to deal with this type of...
