I recently visited Wendy's drive-thru, and I must say, it was a flawless experience from start to finish! Here's why I'm giving them a glowing five-star review:

Read moreThis evening around 6pm a guy named Tushin or however may be spelled was on the drive thru and I was on the way to my sons soccer game when I was placing my order after every single item he replied with “is that all” seeming annoyed with every item I placed I then said excuse me can I finish my order and he responded “oh my god” with his mic still on during my order and again when he said to pull on to the second window”oh my god and sigh” At this point I’m upset and go inside to request a manager, she comes out and I proceed to explain how ignorant and disrespectful the man on drive thru was and she said they were short staffed she was apologetic and asked what she could do and I replied that behaviour short staffed or not should not be acceptable while saying the a couple in the line behind me said this man usually behaves in such manner, he then comes out to the counter I explain how I felt he was very disrespectful and he responded well if you order that many items go inside!! Read moreWe had a very negative experience here today... We went through the drive through and ordered what we always order. We pull away and realize there's a sandwich missing. We go back through the drive through to have it corrected and the girl put on a show with the manager (?) standing beside him asking what to do. It's like she didn't believe us that we didn't get the one sandwich. After they went back and forth a bit in their native tongue I heard the manager say "whatever" and she reluctantly told us to go park and someone would bring it out to us in three minutes. SEVEN MINUTES LATER a guy comes out staring me down in the car, hands me the burger and does't utter a word, no sorry for the inconvenience, sorry for the delay, NOTHING. He just turned around and walked away. What the hell is this service?! We didn't make the mistake and we're the bad guys? Utterly rediculous customer service at this location. The employees here need to brush up on their customer service skills A LOT. Myself being in the service industry, if my employees did this they'd be fired - pronto....
