Dabeli quality has declined since past three months due to change of buns. The hamburger buns are not as good as the previous ones. Plus last time two weeks ago, suspecting that it was the cause of upset stomach.

Worst thing about the Brampton location is that the manager does not understand the difference between soft ambient background music suitable for a family restaurant where people have come to chit-chat and enjoy each other's company, and loud boom-box music suitable for a discotheque. The music is so loud that it reverberates outside in the parking even with the car windows closed. Inside the restaurant, it is impossible to hear your companions on the same table and have an enjoyable conversation plus the music is loud enough to harm your ears. It is a torment to wait for take away. When manager is requested to turn down the music, the excuse always given is that "everyone else" wants it loud. Really? We have stopped dining in restaurant now, and never come with our friends. Only do some take out now and then. Why is music needed in a family restaurant where diners come to enjoy company of friends and family? If staff need music, can it be played only in the kitchen and leave the rest of the restaurant quiet. Any chance that Milan can join the peaceful restaurants movement?

-- Thank you for your reply and understanding. I feel encouraged by your reply. I do want to say that patrons are or should be mindful that privacy in a small space can only be limited. No different than traveling in a plane, bus or train. If you're able to find the right balance between the privacy considerations and the harmful effects from overly loud noise that also drowns out conversation, we would be...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Milan Indian Street Food Restaurant with my family of four for a special Father’s Day celebration, and it was an extraordinary culinary experience. From the moment we walked in, the vibrant atmosphere and warm hospitality set the stage for an unforgettable meal.

We started with the Pav Bhaji, a classic street food dish that was an explosion of flavors. The buttery pav buns were perfectly toasted, and the bhaji, a spiced vegetable mash, was rich and aromatic. Every bite was a delight, transporting us straight to the bustling streets of Mumbai.

Next, we tried the Misal Pav, a lesser-known gem that truly impressed us. The spicy lentil curry was bursting with complex flavors, balanced beautifully with the crunchy farsan and soft pav. The dish had the perfect level of heat, making it both comforting and exhilarating.

The Paneer Club was the highlight of our meal. This innovative take on a club sandwich featured succulent paneer marinated in aromatic spices, layered with fresh vegetables, and served with a side of tangy chutney. The combination of textures and flavors was exceptional, showcasing the chef’s creativity and skill.

Overall, Milan Indian Street Food Restaurant exceeded our expectations. Celebrating Father’s Day here was a wonderful decision. The authenticity of the dishes, the quality of ingredients, and the passion evident in every plate make it a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Indian street food. We can’t wait to return and explore more of their...

Milan Brampton gave me my introduction to falooda, chaat, pav bhaji, a wide assortment of chai (Kashmiri, masala, elaichi, ginger), and of course paan— India’s after dinner treat, breath fresher, and herbal panacea — all in one . It goes without saying that, as one of the most popular and acclaimed chaat joints in greater Toronto (where the Indian food scene is quite competitive), Milan is stellar in its dedication to high quality, made-from-scratch, made-to-order eats while providing enormous breadth in their dessert menu. While Indian sweets are sometimes too sweet for me, Milan emphasizes fresh, natural ingredients and the flavors are consequently light, delicate, and subtle. No item I ordered here was overwhelming in sugar, salt, or grease.

I was somewhat intimidated by the menu’s vast and esoteric offerings, but my server (Roshni) was incredibly patient and thorough in explaining the dessert items on the menu. Perhaps one of the most surprising m delights on the menu was Milan’s paan, which is essentially a salad of lime paste, cardamom, fennel, Areca nut, cloves, coconut flakes, and rose paste, all wrapped in a betel leaf. While chewing paan is known to be associated with incidence of oral cancers thanks to the inclusion of tobacco paste jn many restaurants , Milan proudly makes their paan tobacco paste free, an added plus of...

I have been to this place many times and everytime I go there, i have tried different food items. This place is basically providing different kind of indian street food and snacks. Here in Canada i know many Indian are craving for real indian street food taste and this might be a good place for them to try. I have tried samosa chat, vadapav, Dabeli, panipuri chat, falooda, mango ice cream, bombay grill sandwiches and paneer club sandwich. I will definitely recommend this place. Its worth trying. The samosa chat was so delicious. Vadapav and dabeli is also good. They match 70-90% taste of indian street style vadapav and dabeli. Mango lassi is also worth trying but I didn’t like their mango ice cream much and that’s why i am giving 4 star instead of 5 star. Their sandwiches were so perfect and good. I loved paneer club sandwich. There was 2 layers in sandwich. 1st layer was stuffed with paneer dipped in some spices and the 2nd layer was stuffed with beet and onion. I know beet sounds bit weird but trust me it won’t taste. I would definitely visit them again in future. Update:- i also tried dahi bhalla and it was also delicious.
