Chachi's Gourmet Sandwiches — Restaurant in British Columbia

I wrote a review on yelp a few months ago, I received no response. I am posting here in hopes that someone will see my experiences.

I will start this review on a positive note! Chachi's has great sandwiches. However one the customer service is appalling. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was a one time thing. Although after today I cannot do it. It was a few weeks ago when the incident occurred. The customer (a women who had one hand) was given a drink by the chachis employee I had to deal with today. When handed the drink the top was not on correctly thus spilling the drink, this obviously being the employees fault the poor girl asked for another drink. The employee who constantly has a sour face said no it was the customers fault the drink spilled. This event sickens me as no one should be treated like that by a employee. Anyway I went back today to see if she had been fired. She had not and was working the front of the establishment today at around 1pm. I will not be going back until this situation is dealt with. I hope this reaches the manager or someone in a situation to do something.

Again I will say they have good sandwiches, but one bad employee can ruin the outlook on establishment. I hope this helps with making Chachis a...

I don't know what non vegetarians would say about this place but for vegetarian options it is extremely bad. Like if you can't have taste in veg options it's better not to keep it on your menu and fool customers. I ordered Mac'n'chese it had a pungent taste like it was too old and a vedge sandwich which was nothing but a layer of arugula on it and the bread was also tasting pathetic. I was so tired, had a hectic day and wanted a good meal but this made me even more angry.

New staff are not friendly 1.No one was out front. Two people were waiting before I showed up and they were standing there 15 min and left. I yelled to the back and a young girl came out. I told her my order and she didn't know how to work the register. She only punched in Coke with no sandwich and when I asked her for The Clubbin she asked "what is that? I don't think we have that". I told her it's on the board. And she just kinda eye rolled me. This is the 3rd time this has happened this month.

TLDR; The staff are checked out, lazy and don't care about customer service. I'm really sad I don't see the old staff...
