Though I don't usually write reviews, but this business is deserving of all of them. Our experienced at the store was incredibly amazing. Every visit is made even more enjoyable by the super-friendly and attentive staff and the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. I want to draw attention to Joseph, the young person in charge of taking our orders, for his outstanding and excellent customer service. He is knowledgeable about the goods he is selling and provides a large array of options. Together with the amazing, kind Maereen, whose smile never goes away when she greets a customer at the store, you can feel the sincerity in her smile. These two wonderful young individuals radiate a remarkable amount of energy. Over all I highly recommend this place that will surely entices you to return for more good memories. Good food makes...

We went to BearverTails after eating a heavy meal, and I can say that if you have a sweet tooth, it is a good choice to end your day! We were served by the manager, Vinny, and she took the time to explain to us their different menu items and offered some options when we werent able to decide.

Food: we landed on beaverballs strawberry and cheesecake, half with cookie crumble. Both are good but we love strawberry and cheesecake more as it has more balance taste wise. The strawberry and original lemonade were also really good.

Service: we were greeted nicely and everything was explained patiently by Vinny. We felt welcomed and excited to take our pick.

Atmosphere: the place is clean and vibrant. There is also an instragrammable nook. The washroom is also clean...

I've been in here numerous times had awesome service up until today November 14th just after 9:00 p.m. she couldn't even understand what I was saying .. I was telling her I want extra spread like I always get just like in the picture and then she starts harassing me that it cost extra ?I said no it doesn't because I've been asking since the day I've ever walked into this place When it opened!
