We stopped by Chaihong for lunch today during our Calgary stay, and this was probably the best restaurant Korean food we've had in a while. We ordered: [1] Jajangmyeon, [2] Saewoo Bokkembap (seafood fried rice), [3] Tangsooyuk (fried pork with sweet and sour sauce), and [4] the lunch special (seafood fried rice, mapo tofu, and fried chicken). The food was absolutely delicious, especially the generous servings of Jajangmyeon sauce that accompanied the fried rice and noodle dishes. The fry on the pork was light and crispy without being overly dense, doughy, or oily; and the accopmanying sauce gave the dish the feel of Korean version of Chinese sweet and sour pork.
