The city has been busy hub for homeless individual's. Hands short park was dedicated to a couple of chronically /mentally ill and homeless and for 20 some years since the last sale of the green area there it was dedicated to be a safe place to sleep through the night where police wouldn't bother u for sleeping or being in a public park after midnight.
