I placed an order online for pick up. April 7,2023 around 8:05 pm. I went to pick up said order @ Sunridge way location, Calgary. worth $66.08. Took the food home to my family waiting to break their fast, only to find missing items ( no Big Mac, no straws, and ketchup on burger that was asked not to have. I ended up going back to the location to hope to pick up a new burger with no ketchup and the missing Big Mac. As I asked for the items that were missing they proceeded to give me a large fries with the Big Mac for my troubles with the order. The manager Vlordan proceeded to take the fries away from me and asked that I pay for it. How ridiculous that the manager is upsetting the customer and not aiding in helping out the situation to make sure it would not escalate. Well let me tell you this . I got really upset and told him that it was their fault that they should make me happy. Why did he take the fries away when the staff was trying to make the situation better. Vlordan should not be one of your managers. I could foresee many complaints coming your way just because of this one person. I wanted to make my point known that it doesn’t matter about the money. So I pulled out $50.00 to show him that I have money to pay for the fries but he should have just given them to me to cool me down. He is not management material. I would never hire some one that rude. He is horrible… the other staff members should take his place as lead. The encounter I had was not pleasant and would not wish on my worst enemy. You need to get rid of him or train him to have an ounce of customer service. He will not last long in a manager position. Again he is rude and not at all...
Read moreDo NOT EVER get breakfast here. They're absolutely horrible. They were too slow at their jobs so they locked the doors to the restaurant because they couldn't keep up with the drive through. Unfortunately, I ordered through the app to pick it up at the counter (but again, the doors were locked) and instead of coming to speak to me, they just signaled to go through the drive through even though my order should have been ready and on the counter. Also, there were already 3 customers inside... so them not letting me in seemed extra ridiculous. After going through the drive through, they still took forever to do their jobs. I waited at their outdoor menu/speaking box thing for 5 minutes and all they said was "hold on". Finally, I got fed up and drove to the first window and of course it had a sign that said "pay at next window" even though the purpose of adding the first window is to streamline the process of paying and drive thru pickup... It took about 5-7 mins per car to leave that window... I'm not sure how slow you can be.. even if you're understaffed. All in all, from the time I ordered to the time I actually got my food was about 30 minutes... which is ridiculous if you are trying to get food quickly before work (which I assume is the case for 99% of the customers there in the morning). My coffee and food were cold by the time i got them.
At the end of the day, this was the most annoying and frustrating food experience I've probably ever had. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because I sometimes go there for a coffee on weekend evenings and the younger staff is very polite. Read moreI give this place ZERO stars! This incident happened on January 2016 and didnt leave a review back then. But I figured to leave one now because how we were treated was unacceptable & I do hope they've changed. Anyways here's what happened: Our family came to eat here inside the restaurant late at night. All of our burgers were fine except for my little sister's burger. I noticed my sister's burger was slightly pink and undercooked. My sister said that the patty was cold in the middle and knew half of the patty was undercooked & tasted gross but didnt tell anyone (until I noticed), because she felt embarrassed; hence why you can only see (in the photo) a small portion of the undercooked patty because she ate most of the undercooked patty. I can only imagine how gross it was and I'm mad why she even continued eating it. Anyways We brought the burger to the counter and told the employees about it and even pointed out the obvious undercooked patty! The employee had the nerve to blame us and tried to justify that since the burger was mostly eaten, that it was fine to eat. Wow. Really? We could see the other employees at the back smiling or snickering at the situation. The employees were unapologetic, and seemed to not know or care about how to deal with the situation. There were other customers dining and they heard our complaints and they too were checking their burgers. Terrible customer service! We left afterwards.
Considering this was years ago, I do hope now they've changed for the sake of customers health and not get food poisoning. I still wont go back here though.
