Nutri-Go | Meal Prep Calgary & Edmonton — Restaurant in Calgary

I found Nutri-Go on an internet search looking for help with meals. I have Stage IV cancer and have been through a series of treatments. The latest one is very hard on my hands (neuropathy) as well as exhaustion. I consider my time and energy equally if not more valuable than my money so I wanted something where the meals were made locally and came prepared so I didn't have to cut, chop, stir etc. I didn't want to tire out shopping and/or preparing

Nutri-Go comes ready to heat up. I take out the portion I want and put it on a plate. The food is very tasty, there is a nice balance of vegetables, protein etc. I don't even have to think - did I get balance in my diet. I eat small meals and I break the meals into lunch and dinner as it is a fit.

It has been a challenge to eat well on my health journey and Nutri-Go has been a wonderful find. I know sometimes people hesitate when they see the cost of any type of meal service. However, I considered how tiring it had already been to prepare decent meals, the amount of food I was composting when I didn't feel well enough to cook, the travel and shopping and impulse buying. If fact, $ wise this has been cheaper for me. And it has preserved time and energy for other things in my life.

I am on my own so this is really helpful. Also, if you have a friend that is struggling to eat well, maybe buy a week or two of meals for them and they will see the advantage to eating well without being tired. So glad this...

I have now been using the Nutri-Go meal plan for over 3 months, and without any exercise, I've already lost 9 pounds! I do have a very physical job, so that was my replacement for going to the gym. But I feel great and people notice the difference in my physical appearance and I feel like my confidence has come back 10 fold! The best part? Price is reasonable and food actually taste good! I've been on some previous meal plans and the food was garbage, but with Nutri-Go, I actually get excited to eat my meals. My personal favorite is the Korean beef.

But I wanted to write this review so people can hear a real clients opinion's about Nutri-Go. Sitting down with Leah and having her explain everything and making me feel confident that I can obtain my ideal body weight without having to sacrifice good food and my schedule. It's simply too easy NOT to be on Nutri-Go now. I don't have to worry about cooking when I get home or what I'm going to eat, it's all done and ready for me because of Nutri-Go and Leah. I’ve been getting Nutri-Go meal deliveries for nearly a year now and it’s been an absolute game changer in my life. I have ADHD and a very demanding job, having the energy to prepare dinner every night was something I really struggled with, and my diet suffered a lot because of it. No matter how busy my day might be or how I’m feeling, being able to have a healthy dinner waiting for me at home has truly been such a lifesaver. I eat much better now, and I find myself being a lot less stressed and overwhelmed in the evenings.

Nutri-Go offers a great selection of different meals, and with the exception of one meal, I’ve liked every single thing I’ve tried. The one I didn’t like wasn’t even bad tasting or anything, it just wasn’t really my preference texture wise. The portion sizes are good, the “regular” size is always the exact right amount of food for me. Cost-wise it didn’t even end up being more expensive than the convenience and pre-prepared foods that I used to buy from the grocery store. I can’t recommend Nutri-Go enough to anyone who may be struggling with cooking and preparing...
