Not sure of their names but whoever worked today at 2:30 have some of the WORST customer service skills I’ve ever seen. The screens advertise “buy 2 medium or large bags and get third bag free”. Once I paid my total seemed high so I asked to confirm I got one for free when I was then told they no longer offer that and do 50% off the third bag instead and that the screen isn’t updated and that they tell customers before they pay that’s what the deal is (they did not) One of them said softly “well, do you want to give a bag back?” Neither of them offered to rectify the issue and looked at me with blank looks on their face and like they had no thoughts behind their eyes.
