Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Calgary

I rarely rate fast food places but I had such a great experience here it deserved some praise. I came in on a Sunday afternoon looking for a healthier option to eat, and I had never been to Quesada before so I figured I’d try it out. The food was so good and the service was really great as well. The person who made my tacos really put extra care into assembling them. And he even asked how my meal was!!! The experience at this place was wonderful! Some of the best food I’ve had recently! They use the freshest ingredients and make sure each dish is done the right way. It was my first time at quesada burritos and tacos. I did not know what to order. One of staff members made something for me. Just asked what was dish name; was veggie tacos and sweet corn ( 2 dishes ). Must try!

Staff is amiable and Service was wonderful.

Superb food, easy Mexican fix. Customer service - not so much. I had a gift card with me and the staff couldn’t figure out how to use it, so they just told us to “just pay it whole” cos they didn’t know how.

Had similar scenarios re gift cards with other stores and though the staff were not familiar how to use it, even the manager/supervisor came out and found a way to deduct the gift card amount. Just saying lil things like this contribute to overall customer...
