New restaurant alert...2025 This place is quite unique and the flavors are complex and intriguing. This is my first dining experience with Turkish cuisine and the recommended beef sandwich type roll that I had was incredible. (My apologies I forget the name of it) But it was a very large dish which I had a difficult time finishing. The owner is quite welcoming and he definitely was proud to serve me the flavors of Türkiye Definitely a nice place for a cozy lunch or dinner. You can find this restaurant on 8th Street Southeast and 11th Avenue. If you're driving there's plenty of street parking and a small parking lot. Tonight is opening night for this brand new Turkish restaurant. Located in Ramsay, this small space packs big flavor! I've been watching over the past month as they have been getting the shop set up, excitedly waiting to dig my teeth into some authentic Turkish coffee. Believe me, the coffee did not disappoint - yeah it's almost 8:00 pm but I still had two cups. I can't remember the name of the dish I had, but it was a savory chicken dish served with a bechamel sauce, and side of bread. Very interesting and unique restaurant!

We went for dinner and had the Chicken Wrap Tantuni and Tantuuni Begendi. The Chicken Wrap was amazing, with fresh veggies and well seasoned meat even if it was a tad on the drier side. The Begendi, was a very interesting dish with a yogurt sauce and the meat was well seasoned. Furthermore, the bread was great to dip in the sauce. However, the meat was a little tough.

We ordered the Ayran drink, but found it much too salty. The flavour was okay but the salty aftertaste we didn't love.
